Payment methods

At Redstring we offer different payment options so our customers can choose their preferred method:

 

Credit Card Payment: When using this method, once you finish placing the order, you will receive in your inbox an email with the order details, and a link which will address you to our Bank's payment getaway (BBVA).  On this platform, your data and information will be totally protected and kept encripted by bank's secure protocol. This way, we can offer you maximum security and confidentiallity. The charge will be placed on your card immeadiately after validating the operation. For security reasons, Redstring keeps al the rights to reject any transaction made with credit card.  In this case, we will refund the amounts in the credit card used.  In case the customer is still interested in continuing with the order, we may request a bank transfer. Once the payment has been done, you will receive an email with details and order confirmation.

- Bank transfer: When choosing this method, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and details, together with the bank account information where to address the payment. The order will not be effective until we have verified that the funds are in our ban account. Shipping times are estimated as from that moment.

- Payment by Paypal: If you have an account with this payment method, when you select PayPal, the page will open for you to log in and confirm the order. Commercial PayPal money transfers are known as payments email, the only thing you need to make the payment is our email address: comercial@redstring.es

-Payment by PayGold: Paygold is a type of payment in which Redstring sends an email to the customer with a link for payment by card or Bizum. If the client is interested in this form of payment, he can notify his trusted commercial in the event that he wants to change the form of payment when the order has been completed. The client can also suggest it to us, in the case of payments or other supplements. If the client wants more information about this payment method, they can contact us directly.
