Returns and exchanges

At Redstring we drive efforts to provide top of market quality and service standards, and therefore we provide our customers the possibility of returning the products acquired through our website.

 

Redstring allows the return of faulty products.

Redstring will carry with the costs of of picking up the product and sending a new one, depending on stock availability.

Please bear in mind Redstring will not send replacement item until we have not received the faulty product in our facilities, and we have checked that the product and/or its packaging is damaged.

 

STEPS TO PROCEED WITH A RETURN

Please contact with your Sales Agent, who will inform you how to start the procedure.  To provide a smooth service, we organize quarterly collections for the faulty products.  Alternatively, you may be requested to destroy them.

 

* Redstring will not assume any shipping costs generated when not following the instructions stated above.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

The order can be cancelled when the expedition has not abandoned yet our facilities, or the products sent are not corresponding with the ones in the order.

 

REIMBURSEMENTS:

When completing a return, Redstring will proceed to issue a credit balance on the customer's account to be applied on next order.

 

CLAIMS:

For any claim, please contact your Sales Agent.

 

We strongly recomend to reject any shipping delivery when the boxes look like having suffered a fraudulent manipulation.  Redstring sends its packages sealed with a corporate sealing tape.  If this is seen damaged, please take pictures of it and contact our Sales/Logistics deparment as soon as possible so we can carry out any queries with out operators or insurance company.
